You do NOT have to be a member of Hoover Fitness to subscribe to our Virtual Personal Trainer - these workouts can be done at any gym, at home, or on the go (in a hotel room, outdoor area, literally anywhere)

You get workouts emailed to you five days per week. Each workout has video demonstrations of the exercises. Basically, you pull it up on your phone, read the first exercise, click on it to see the demo of how to do it, do the amount it says to do, then repeat with the second exercise, and so on until you finish the workout. The workouts are the same workouts that we do in the group training classes at Hoover Fitness, so they have a long track record of being very effective.
